We use this information to operate Direct Rent, verify owner accounts, review and publish property listings, respond to rental inquiries, prevent spam or abuse, improve platform security, and communicate with users about their accounts or inquiries.
Rental inquiries
When a visitor submits a rental inquiry, Direct Rent may store the visitor's name, email address, message, and the related property information. This information is used so the Direct Rent admin team or an authorized representative can review the inquiry and respond.
Service providers
Direct Rent uses trusted service providers to run the platform. These may include services for authentication, database hosting, email verification, spam protection, image hosting, and email notifications. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Direct Rent.
Email communication
Direct Rent may send account-related emails, such as email verification messages or inquiry-related messages. We do not use rental inquiry submissions as consent to receive unrelated marketing emails.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. We keep information only as long as needed for platform operations, legal, security, or business purposes.
